Since its inception, the African American Leadership Institute (AALI) has been at the forefront of cultivating, empowering, and elevating Black leadership in Central Texas. Through our transformative fellowship program, we have proudly graduated 100+ Fellows, equipping them with the tools, networks, and influence to lead in their industries and communities.

AALI’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. We have sparked groundbreaking initiatives such as the Policy Summit, driving critical conversations on equity and systemic change, and the Black X Conference, a premier gathering of Black leaders, wealth builders, and entrepreneurs designed to create opportunities, foster connections, and build collective power.
