After a month of Pride, events, and humaning you deserve a break and a reset. Aftercare is needed after any high-energy experience. Join us this Sunday for brunch, a sound bath, guided meditation, community, and great vibes. Come dressed chill. We here to connect not to impress. 

For the soundbath it is recommended you assume a comfortable position. Laying on the floor is most recommended but please do what feels comfortable and let us know how we can help accommodate you. Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets or anything that will allow you to comfortably lay on the floor or be in a different comfortable position.
