An hour-long guided Taiji/ Qi Gong practice, followed by a facilitated writing session which will allow you to bask in ideas, feelings, emotions, or thoughts that may come up during the practice. Global Majority/ BIPOC space

Hosted by Taiji w/ Chalene + The Solutionaries Collective, we will be exploring how a quiet embodied meditative practice can influence and directly affect the creative process.  Participants will engage in an hour long guided Taiji practice, followed by a journaling and writing session. Folks will have the opportunity to quietly reflect on whatever ideas, feelings, emotions, or thoughts came up during the practice. There will be facilitated writing prompts so that people can tap into how this process can inform or influence their current creative expression.
