Meet Our Experts

Our panel will be moderated by Ty Murphy, MBA, RYT 200, Co-Founder of Reset By Design Wellness. Ty holds an MBA, is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Travel Advisor. As a travel and wellness expert, Ty brings a diverse background and personal understanding of the importance of personal growth to her clients. At Reset By Design Wellness, Ty aims to foster a safe and supportive environment for total healing and personalized wellness for women.

Kina Huffman- LMFT

Kina Huffman is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist & Life Coach who is dedicated to helping women discover their authentic selves and build healthy relationships. Her personal journey of self-discovery and healing has led her to be passionate about helping other women create a life that is truly their own and find happiness on their terms. At Reset By Design Wellness, Kina uses her extensive knowledge and experience to guide Women toward a path of personal growth and fulfillment.

Dr. Kratel Ruiz-Washington - PsyD, LPC

Dr. Kratel Ruiz Washington is a licensed clinical psychologist who works full-time at the Howard University Counseling Service as a staff Psychologist and Interim Outreach Director, and part-time with LifeStance Health, Inc. Previously, she worked in various mental health organizations, including a community mental health center, an intensive outpatient substance abuse center for adolescents, the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and a therapeutic private practice. 

Catherine Miller - M.S. Nutrition, RMT, 200-RYT, CHWC, CCH

Catherine Miller is an integrative wellness professional in the DMV who strives to make wellness accessible and empowering to all communities. By day, Catherine works in corporate wellness supporting efforts to increase engagement and help employees make small but lasting changes to improve their health and wellbeing.
