Join We BE Walkin’ as we take a 4 mile walk through the Rachel Carson Greenway Trail with DC Black Queer Women. Bring your boots, energy, and reusable water bottle, and let's hike the trails together! We’ll conclude with a short yoga flow and Chill Vibes.

All fitness and yoga experience levels are welcome. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the hike.

Our Yoga Flow Instructor: Sihnuu Hetep
Sihnuu Hetep, founder of Seed & Soul Yoga, a community dedicated to honoring nature's wisdom, seamlessly blends ancient tools with modern techniques to guide individuals on a journey of self-reclamation. With over a decade of experience, she draws on her expertise to foster self-sustaining healing practices that empower individuals and uplift communities. Recognized in publications like Yoga Journal, Mantra Wellness Magazine, and Essence, she extends her wisdom to the D.C. community and beyond, leaving a lasting impact on the well-being of others.

About the DC Black Queer Women
DC Black Queer Women is a monthly meetup group for Black queer women, trans, and non-binary folks interested in meeting new people and exploring DC. This group was founded in 2022 with the purpose of building community and creating more Black queer joy thru activities and outings like happy hour, brunch, hikes, game nights, etc.
