The truth is, our high-networth (HNW) and ultra high-networth (UHNW) counterparts are not focused on transferring financial wealth to the next generation—they are building entrepreneurial dynasties.


They are building dynasties that focus on transferring FIVE forms of wealth in FOUR different directions for THREE consecutive generations.

Led by Dr. LaTanya White, this first-of-its-kind training will provide in-depth insights into the Dynastic Wealth™ Framework, an evidence-based approach for wealth transfer in Black business families.

About the Retreat: Created by Dr. LaTanya White, the inaugural Dynastic Wealth™ Family Retreat will provide Black entrepreneurs and other founders of color, along with their families, access to training, mentoring, and feedback on building their family dynasty. Experts in genealogy, entrepreneurship, estate planning, and family business will lead interactive and in-depth workshops to help more black families preserve, package, and protect their family's Dynastic Wealth™. 


About Dr. White: Dr. LaTanya White is a trailblazing scholar-practitioner operating at the nexus of global competitiveness, equity, entrepreneurship, and the racial wealth gap. With a career marked by empowering and enfranchising more than 10,000 socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs across the globe, Dr. White is a 2-time author, TEDx Speaker, and the founder of Concept Creative Group, LLC, a firm dedicated to business development, capacity building, and the pioneering framework for Dynastic Wealth™. Driven by her graduate studies at Antioch University’s Graduate School of Leadership and Change, her doctoral research on intergenerational wealth transfer and Black business families has given rise to an evidence-based entrepreneurship training model. Dynastic Wealth™, as conceptualized by Dr. White, offers a comprehensive approach to entrepreneurship that nurtures both quantitative and qualitative forms of wealth, all through the lens of racial equity. Her groundbreaking model not only informs entrepreneurship education research but calls for a redesign of curricula, ensuring a more equitable approach to fostering entrepreneurial success in marginalized communities through comprehensive policy changes. Dr. White is a product of Florida A&M University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. The organizing principle of this multi-day convening for Black entrepreneurs and their families is Conscious Consumerism. Ultimately, our goal is to spend every penny possible with a Black-owned business, including the ticketing platform, EventNoire, and the meeting venue. 

We encourage attendees and supporters to use every effort to purchase from Black-owned businesses and vendors. To that end, our team will diligently source and vet Black-owned businesses that can add to your Dynastic Wealth™ Family Retreat experience. Check back often as we will keep this list updated!
