Join us for the African-American Coalition of Kane County's Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 17th at Festival Park in Elgin. Celebrate Juneteenth and African-American culture with food, history, arts, and entertainment for the whole family. We welcome guests, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to join us for this memorable event.

Get ready for a day full of fun, family, and festivities! The African-American Coalition of Kane County and the City of Elgin powered by CULTUR5 are excited to celebrate Juneteenth with the Juneteenth Cultural Festival! Join us on Saturday, June 17th, at Festival Park in charming downtown Elgin. This year's event promises to be an awesome celebration of freedom and African-American culture, featuring an array of food, history, arts, and entertainment that the whole family will enjoy.

Experience the joy and vibrancy of African-American culture as we celebrate our rich history and heritage through a variety of activities! 

We have an incredible lineup of musical performances! Guests can dance and groove to the sounds of oldies, reggae, and even an improv band. And for those looking to party, we'll have a lineup of talented DJs keeping the party going all night long!

Sample a variety of delicious food from local vendors, visit our Beer Garden, which will feature a variety of refreshing drinks including from Chicago’s Black-owned beer company Moor’s Brewery and wine for those who prefer it (and are 21 and older).
 
And that's not all; the Juneteenth Cultural Festival Kids Zone is a must visit with arts and crafts and activities sponsored by the Elgin Public Museum. Children of all ages can take part in creative activities while parents sit back and enjoy the entertainment or join the fun.
