Juneteenth Wellness Walk and Workshop

Summary
Join We BE Walkin’ as we take a 2.2 mile walk through Rock Creek Park with a wellness workshop hosted by Black Folx Wellness Collective. Bring your shoes, energy, reusable water bottle, yoga mat, and let's hike the trails! We’ll conclude with a yoga workshop led by Black Folx Wellness Collective.
All fitness and yoga experience levels are welcome. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the hike.

About the workshop
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey of self-discovery and inner peace? We invite you to join us after the Wellness walk for a short workshop that promises to awaken your senses and connect you with the natural world like never before! You'll learn to tune in to the sights, sounds, and sensations through guided yoga poses and meditation while fully immersing yourself in the present moment.
About Jahmal
Jahmal is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher who loves being outside! He recently moved to the DMV from Houston and is excited to find, support, and create a community with other folks looking to establish a deeper bond with themselves and the natural world.
