Do you often find yourself overwhelmed with everything going on in our climate and trying to cultivate inner peace? Or perhaps seeking to kick-start your health and wellness journey?

We invite you to join us for a transformative Mental Health Day with MSU PGCAC hosted by the Morgan State University Prince George's County Alumni Chapter. Mark your calendars for May 17th at 10 am, held at Turner Memorial A.M.E. Church (7201 16th Place, Hyattsville, MD 20783). 

This is a free event!

Here's what you can expect:

• Insightful discussions and practical tips led by Morgan State Alumni & Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Veronica Watkins, as she helps you maintain mental wellness in today's chaotic climate.
• A dynamic 30-minute workout session led by fellow Morgan Alumni, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Fulmore Jr., designed to challenge and energize you, regardless of your fitness level. Come dressed in workout clothes!
• A soothing yoga cool-down session guided by Turner Memorial's Minister of Health and Wellness and Certified Yoga Wellness Educator, Reverend Denise Burriss, to release tension and foster inner peace. If you have a Yoga mat and Yoga block please bring it.

Snacks and water will be provided.
