Night at the Opera: First, attendees learn opera etiquette and essentials, and little known juicy details about the composer and the opera (virtual class). Ticket holders then meet me for dinner and attend an in person evening opera performance at Lincoln Center in New York City.

CLASS is where the adventure begins.

The class will cover opera basics, the history of the composer, and the story that inspired the opera,  Attendees will receive a zoom link two weeks prior to the class. March 4, 2023 class (virtual).

Enter the opera house March 18, 2023 before curtain (the opera begins), to peruse the gift shop, take in the building and its exhibits, or go directly to your seat.  

NOTE:

All opera tickets should be purchased directly through the Metropolitan House of Opera box office. If you are unfamiliar with the seating at the Met (view obstructions including those upstage and in the wings), it is strongly suggested that you call 212-362-6000 and talk to a Met seating agent rather than buying your ticket on-line. Opera tickets for 2023 go on sale June 27, 2022.  Tickets sell out quickly.

The welcome reception and dinner are optional events. There is an additional charge for the welcome reception and dinner.
