 • A Taste of Egypt: Experience a curated menu by Chef Rahim Muhammad that takes you on a culinary journey through Egyptian and East African flavors. Fully indulge yourself with his 5- course menu with dishes that balance tradition and sophistication, allowing you to explore a tapestry of flavors and textures inspired by the rich history of Egyptian cuisine.

 • Signature Elixirs: Our bar will feature an exclusive menu of libations crafted by Beverage Director Lisa Brown with ingredients and flavors deeply rooted in Egypt’s history. Enjoy beverages infused with hibiscus, pomegranate, saffron, and mint, presented with garnishes of edible gold and served in glassware designed to reflect ancient Egyptian opulence. Each drink is a tribute to the region’s traditional ingredients, crafted to transport you into an enchanting night over Egypt.

 • Live Music & Ritualistic Dance: The night unfolds to the sounds of live music and traditional instruments blending with soulful jazz and contemporary beats. A special performance of ritualistic dance, inspired by ancient Egyptian storytelling, will captivate guests, honoring the divine connection between movement, music, and the spirit. As the night progresses, the tempo rises with our DJ inviting guests to join the rhythm and celebrate the new year!

 • Midnight Reflection & Blessing: Just before midnight, we’ll gather for a ceremonial reflection, where guests are invited to contemplate the past year and set intentions for the year ahead. Each guest will receive a “blessing card,” symbolizing protection, prosperity, and peace, and we’ll collectively raise a glass to ring in the New Year. It’s a powerful, shared moment, designed to honor both individual growth and collective unity.
