For four decades, the Gala has convened influential leaders in business, government, education, media and the arts for an inspiring program of honors and celebration, while raising vital unrestricted funding for numerous OHBM programs, including college scholarships, economic empowerment, mentoring, and health and wellness initiatives. 

This year’s in-person gala will feature a star-studded concert paying homage to jazz legends as we honor corporate, civic and community leaders who are taking Giant Steps to Power!
