Currently, Hispanics, Latinos, and Latinx represent nearly 20% of the United States’ population. But only 4% of Hispanics, Latinos, and Latinx hold executive-level positions. 

As this population continues to grow, it is imperative that we work to instill a sense of confidence in and offer tangible support for upcoming talent and emerging future leaders. For this reason, VMLY&R’s Nosotros ERG Powered by EI&B has partnered with 100 Roses from Concrete, a nonprofit organization for BIPOC in advertising, marketing, media, and public relations, to host “Stirring the Pot” at VMLY&R New York Flag Ship Office.

During this panel conversation, Hispanic, Latino, and Latinx marketing and advertising professionals—including our very own Arlene Pitterson,  Eddie Velez, and Juan Kurtzman—will have a conversation centered on the importance and share their experiences to help shape the leaders of tomorrow.
