On behalf of Ballet Afrique, we would invite you to partner with us for our annual rendition of 'Duke Ellington's The Nutcracker Suite' an evening of original theatrical & balletic adaptation to Ellington's recomposition of this holiday classic.

 The prestigious performance is scheduled for Thursday, Dec 15th at 7:00PM at the historic Paramount Theatre.  Past attendance for this show has ranged from 1200+ guests, segmenting this production as a treasured community celebration.

 Previous special guests who have performed as Mother Ginger for the production have included Council Member Ora Houston, Former HT President Dr. Colette Pierce Burnette, Current Council Member Natasha Harper Madison and Black Leaders Collective Founder Terry P. Mitchell. For 2022, we have Multi-Award Winning Journalist, Spectrum News 1 Anchor Dr. Nicole Cross in the role of Mother Ginger.

 For the first time ever this year, we will also feature a special guest dancer appearance from UT and NFL Alum Jamaal Charles.
