Hike + Hang: First of the Year! 

Join UIUDMV’s Healthy & Fit Fam for a morning of fresh air, community, and physical wellness. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or new to the trails, this is your chance to connect with fellow Igbos and challenge yourself!

LOCATION: Carderock Loop Trail. Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath, Potomac, MD 20854

TRAIL: Moderately challenging path with hills, waterfalls, and scenic overlooks. 

BRING: Water, Fitness tracker (Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.) 

Sturdy trail shoes 

Layered clothing
