Well join my me and my friends at Mandrake Park for daily workouts at Noon to revitalize the mind, body and spirit during this new normal. There will be no equipment shared (bring your own yoga mat, towels, water bottles, etc), distance will remain 10 feet between all people and it gives you a moment to be outdoors to get some fresh air.
