2021 Legacy Week on The Vineyard

Legacy Week on the Vineyard was created to engage, empower, and highlight the bond and value of Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This will be an ideal opportunity to relax, connect with fellow HBCU alumni and their families, and participate in events both fun and impactful. We will party with a purpose, build new bonds, and get strategic in sustaining the legacies of our great schools.
About HBCU Brand Partners:  We develop brand enhancement strategies and appropriate messaging between corporations and HBCUs by cultivating activities and forums that promote, financial, mental, and physical wellness while also creating solutions for social challenges in our communities.

This is a time to set the pace for the expectation of the week!  Relax and Recharge is the name of the game.

Begin here with Eats & Beats Legacy Brunch as we celebrate the Legacy of all HBCUs and their supporters.

Please wear a mask, wash your hands and follow CDC Guidelines.

Art Beat (Gallery Stroll)
Wednesday, July 28, 2021 3pm - 5pm
Meeting Place will be announced closer to the date.
Please sign up here for a headcount. I hear they may offer gratis vino..... lol
LWV Art Beat will be one of those events that make you glad it is summer, glad to be on the Vineyard, and glad of the Island’s well-earned reputation as a place with an abundance of artistic talent.
That reputation will be confirmed again for all those attending the Arts District Art Stroll in the Arts District on Dukes County Avenue in Oak Bluffs.
Every year, the stroll reveals new artists, different techniques, and special features. The gallery owners enthusiastically anticipate when new art and presentations will be revealed, libations will flow, and maybe a surprise performance.
