We invite you to join us for a discussion during Mental Health Awareness Month, where we'll explore how creatives nurture their mental well-being while pursuing their passions. It is is crucial to shine a light on the importance of self-care and mental health. We will discuss how creative expression is a balm for the spirit and how it can serve as a tool for maintaining your zen. 

 As Told by NFG is a community event/mixer for young Black creatives looking to connect with one another and industry professionals. The event will consist of workshops, networking and a panel discussion. The event will also serve as a platform for young creatives to highlight their work and support other Black-owned businesses. We are here to amplify the talent that exists amongst our collective through creative collaborations and enterprise.

The purpose of this event is to serve as a bridge between young black creatives and various creative industries by existing as a platform that gives us autonomy over our ideas, talent and personhood.
