Join We BE Walkin’ as we take a 2.5 mile walk through Kingman + Heritage Island Park with a yoga flow led by Richelle Hawkins.  Bring your shoes, energy, reusable water bottle, and let's hike the trails!  We’ll conclude with Chill Vibes.

All fitness and yoga experience levels are welcome. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the hike.

About Our Yoga instructor Richelle Hawkins

Richelle Hawkins, RYT-500, RMT, and founder of The Serene Owl, has transformed her personal healing journey into her lifelong mission to foster holistic wellness. Driven by the profound benefits she experienced through yoga and mindfulness, Richelle dedicates herself to sharing these transformative practices with others. An experienced mentor and educator, she has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring numerous yoga instructors and wellness practitioners. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of modalities, including yoga, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and meditative art. With a solid foundation in psychology, Richelle's approach is deeply rooted in compassion, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to enriching lives.

We BE Walkin' was founded in 2022 by Brittney and Esthanette to center the introduction Black, Brown, Indigenous, People of Color to nature and encourage health and wellness while creating experiences for people to facilitate curiosity, create community, and cultivate collaboration.
