THE B.E. WELL EXPERIENCE is a one-day (1) wellness summit for women and men of color that celebrates + prioritizes Black wellness, while also addressing the unique challenges + needs of our community.
It is the only one of it's kind with programming that includes a holistic approach to Black wellness education in one space at one time, covering eight (8) key pillars:

- Mental wellness
- Financial wellness
- Nutritional wellness
- Professional wellness
- Relationship wellness
- Community wellness
- Spiritual wellness
WE INVITE ATTENDEES to join us for a day of engaging workshops, invigorating demos, and enlightening discussions as we aspire to ignite transformation, promote self-care, and deepen awareness of our holistic wellbeing in order to impact future generations.
